LESS EMISSIONS, MORE CLIMATE ACTION
Out of conviction, we pursue a science-based climate strategy. In autumn 2024, our supply chain reduction targets were validated by the independent Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The organization confirmed that our approach aligns with limiting global warming to 1.5°C — the most ambitious goal of the Paris Climate Agreement. This applies both to our direct emissions at our own sites and to our emissions across the entire value chain.
To continuously lower our CO₂ emissions, we are implementing a series of concrete savings and efficiency projects across all of our sites.
